This Thursday, Karina Dunbar will talk about the history of Old Fort Tejon, California, a former U.S. Army outpost in Lebec, used from 1854-1864. Karina currently serves as President of the Fort Tejon Historical Association (FTHA) and Chair of the Board. She has attended nearly every historic event, Civil War reenactment and Dragoon Day program on site.

Karina also serves as an American Civil War reenactor, participating in Civil War Events throughout Southern California, when she’s available from her day job as a paralegal, specializing in Bankruptcy and carries an undergrad degree in Criminal Justice Administration. This event is free and open to the public at the New Life Church in Porter Ranch. There will be a free door prize drawing and light refreshments. Parking is free. Donations are encouraged and greatly appreciated.
